  • Body of Work: Foundations will help you map your business & body fo work at a foundational level. This is the best place to start unless you have the budget to work directly with a mentor who can walk you through this 1:1 - this investment will always yield the highest (and quickest) returns.

  • Openness is the pre-requisite for Body of Work: Foundations, and although this isn’t a personal development program, the woman who has dedicated herself to personal growth and spiritual development will receive the best benefits from this program. If you are new to personal and spiritual development, or have any concerns about this program email support@presencemedia.co to discuss.

  • Body of Work: Foundations is designed to be completed over an 8 week period (prep week & 7 core teachings). It is suggested to dedicate 2-3 hours a week to the core teaching, practices and deepening through supplementary teachings should you desire. It is encouraged this program is completed in 8 weeks; however, many students will go back to supplementary teachings and review core teachings a second and even third time around to fully integrated and anchor in foundations.

    Body of Work: Ecosystem has one live call per week, it is recommended to prioritize these, plus quarterly calls. Aside from this allocating time during the week to focus on your business is essential, whether this is a part-time or full-time capacity,.
